We mainly produce the Hydraulic valve，tipping valve， directional control valve, limit valve, pneumatic control valve, high pressure gear pump，piston pump and A complete set of hydraulic system. All products have been matched with many domestic OEMs, and many engineering vehicles in China are directly used our products from the factory. Now we has advanced excellent imported horizontal processing center and vertical processing center, also advanced cathodic electrophoretic coating production line and other precision manufacturing equipment have been introduced. Because of that our tipping valves have excellent corrosion resistance, acid resistance and adhesion. We have cylindricity tester, hardness tester, thread tester, simulation vehicle hydraulic system test bench and other advanced laboratory, inspection equipment. Cleaning machine
Use of large flow, multi nozzle, rotary cleaning equipment, cleaning without dead Angle, high cleaning efficiency.
Rough machining
Remove more processing allowance, improve finishing efficiency
Tested
The function is complete, can realize the automatic detection, can meet all the data required by the product test. Every product needs to be tester before it leaves the factory.
Electrophoretic workshop
Cathode electro-coating makes the workpiece layer uniform, flat and smooth, with high adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, performance is obvious due to other coating processes
Quality check
Professional semi-finished products testing room, testing valve hole, stem, hardness, cylindricity and other data at any time.
Finish machining
Use high precision horizontal and vertical four axis machining center for processing , hydraulic clamping products and use German guide knife for the main hole straightness and roundness of the hole processing correction.
Pneumatic valve, limit valve processing zone
The machine is imported from South Korea and adopts hydraulic tooling, which can ensure the processing accuracy, product consistency and improve efficiency.
Centerless grinding machine
The valve rod adopts advanced 7 axis centerless grinder for rough and fine grinding,each step takes shape once,the cylindricity of the finished product can be less than 1.5 microns.
